Regional Trainer

As a Regional Trainer for CoStar Group's Homesnap app, I provided in-person and virtual training to real estate agents on how to use the app to generate leads, manage and grow their business, and assist buyers in their home search. I demonstrated expert knowledge of the app and provided ongoing support to agents to ensure optimal use of the platform.

Additionally, I presented at seminars and national and regional events, mentored new trainers, collaborated with the training team to develop new training, and supported leadership by participating in team meetings and workshops to identify process improvements and quality measures for Homesnap training.

I also conducted thoughtful and caring 1:1 individual training needs for agents needing coaching and training and liaised between executives and Homesnap MLS ops managers to share Homesnap features and benefits.

Market Center Tech Trainer

As an MCTT, or Market Center Tech Trainer, at Keller Williams, I was responsible for training leadership and agents in the adoption of KW Command, the KW CRM that helps agents build, grow, and market their businesses. I supported the brokerage leadership in recruiting top agents by sharing the value proposition of KW Technology and retaining top agents by training and engaging them in the technology. I was held to the high standards of the WI4C2TES belief system which guides how KW and its agents treat the people they work with and conduct their business.

I created a KW YouTube training channel. It was a great resource for my agents.

My responsibilities included facilitating Agent Tech Assessments with Team Leaders, onboarding associates into KW Command, being the Tier 1 technical support for the market center, and facilitating brokerage training 2-3 times per week. Additionally, I reviewed Vital Signs to understand market center tech/command gaps, evaluated support requests, trained associates using multiple delivery methods, and leveraged the ALC Tech Committee to help facilitate and deliver tech training.

I was well-versed with and effectively communicated the Keller Cloud Technology and attended weekly calls with KW International to learn new tech initiatives.

I was a real estate agent and had helped many buyers find their dream homes and sold properties. With my dedication to providing excellent service and my commitment to making the buying or selling process smooth and stress-free, I was able to help my clients achieve their real estate goals.

I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry and use that to help my clients set and achieve their business goals. I work with agents to help them identify their strengths and weaknesses and develop a plan to improve their performance.

I provide training and education on industry best practices, technology and marketing strategies and help agents to stay current with the latest trends and regulations. I help agents to develop a strong personal brand and to build a referral-based business. I also assist agents to create and implement a business plan that will help them to increase their productivity, income and overall success.

My goal is to empower agents to reach their full potential, and to help them to take their business to the next level.

8-Week Real Estate Bootcamp

Welcome to the world of real estate! Congratulations on completing your real estate education and becoming a licensed agent. While real estate school may have given you the foundational knowledge to succeed in this profession, the real learning begins now. Your first 60 days as a new agent are crucial in setting the foundation for a successful and long-term career in real estate.

During these first 8 Weeks, it's important to develop effective habits and systems that will enable you to attract and retain clients on a consistent basis. This means creating a plan and sticking to it, setting goals, and taking consistent action to achieve them. It also means establishing a strong online presence, building relationships with other industry professionals, and providing excellent customer service.

Don't be discouraged if you don't see immediate results. Building a successful real estate business takes time and effort, but by starting early and putting in the work, you'll be on the path to success. Remember, the first 60 days are just the beginning, and with the right mindset and systems in place, you can achieve great things in this profession.
